كيمياء 1

يركّز مقرر كيمياء 1 على المفاهيم الأساسية في علم الكيمياء بما في ذلك: تركيب المادة وخصائصها، الجدول الدوري والعلاقات الدورية، الروابط الكيميائية، المركبات الأيونية والتساهمية، المعادلات الكيميائية والمول، إضافةً إلى مبادئ الحسابات الكيميائية. كما ينمّي المقرر مهارات التفكير العلمي، التحليل، الملاحظة، واستخدام المنهج التجريبي في المختبر.

This course focuses on the fundamental concepts of chemistry, including the structure and properties of matter, the periodic  table and periodic relationships, chemical bonding, ionic and covalent compounds, chemical equations and the mole concept, as well as the principles of stoichiometry. The course also develops students’ scientific thinking, analytical skills, observation, and application of the experimental method in the laboratory.
